What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number if you provide one, the enquiry category you select, and the content of your message. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
Our web host records standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are used for security and operational purposes.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, to conduct the commercial discussion you initiated, and to carry out the counterparty screening we are required to perform — including sanctions and export-control checks where a transaction involves controlled goods.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. Where necessary to progress an enquiry, information may be shared with suppliers, data centre operators, financial institutions or professional advisers involved in the transaction. Where a transaction is subject to export controls, information may be disclosed to regulators or to parties in the supply chain as required by applicable law.
Where it is held
Enquiry data is received by email and held on systems operated by our email and hosting providers. Some of these are located outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
For as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and thereafter for the period required by applicable record-keeping, tax and export-control obligations.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, and you may limit our processing of it. Write to [email protected].
Cookies
This site does not set cookies for tracking or advertising. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which is a third-party request; if you require a zero-third-party-request configuration, we can self-host the fonts instead.
